Khandaker Md. Mainuddin Ishaque is a Barrister-at-Law and Advocate of the Appellate Division, recognised for his expertise in litigation, corporate advisory, banking regulations, and high-value commercial disputes. He has represented numerous multinational organisations, international corporations, and leading financial institutions in complex matters across Bangladesh’s courts and tribunals.

He began his career under the direct guidance of Mr. Mainul Hosein, Senior Advocate and one of Bangladesh’s most respected legal figures. This mentorship shaped his strategic litigation skills and deep understanding of constitutional, civil, and commercial law.
