Advocate Subrina Ireen is an experienced legal practitioner with over a decade of professional involvement in litigation, legal drafting, and advisory services. She has extensive experience in civil litigation, property disputes, banking and financial matters, family law and ADR.

She has 7 years working experience as a Junior Associate at M. Qumrul Haque Siddiqui & Associates, one of the leading civil litigation firms in Bangladesh. In this role, she assisted in legal drafting, case preparation, case hearing at lower court, legal research for complex litigation matters and all type of para legal services. Her expertise areas are Civil Litigation, Property and Land Disputes, Banking and Financial Matters, Company Law, Family Law, Writ Petitions (Constitutional Matters) and Negotiable Instruments Act matters (NI Act).

Prior to this, she worked as an Associate at Legal Sanctuary under Barrister Tanvir Parvez, where she was involved in legal drafting, research, and vetting chains of title. She also provided legal opinions on matters relating to bank mortgages and company law. Here she also assisted in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) trial at BIAC.

She began her legal career as a Pupil under Senior Advocate Enayet Hossain Khan, gaining hands-on experience in legal research and drafting for both civil and criminal cases.

She is currently serving as an Senior Associate at MSR & Partners, one of Bangladesh’s leading legal chambers. Her work involves legal research, drafting pleadings and petitions, providing legal opinions, and conducting litigations before the courts of Bangladesh. She is also actively engaged in vetting of chain of title, and providing legal opinions in matters relating to all type of civil matters, land disputes, family matters, bank mortgage, corporate transactions, company matters.
